Governance and Leadership
#LetUsBreathe Collective is a fiscally-sponsored project of Su Casa, a 501(c)3 organization. We employ a circular, participatory organizational structure, in which all collective members have equal decision-making powers, and we strive for consensus. The Collective is Black-led and 100% of our members identify as BIPOC. Our three main areas of work aim to proportionately distribute resources and capacity in an interconnected manner.

Finances
The Collective runs a lean operation, relying on community partnerships, volunteers, and activists to support the vast majority of our operations. Approximately 50% of our revenue comes from foundation grants, while 25% is derived from fundraising events and 25% from individual donations. All of our programs are completely free to our community. To support our work, you can donate here.
